I was looking for a new stylist a few months back and came across Taylor James as a recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed! I got in touch with the salon owner and she matched me with their newest stylist at the time, Christian. When I went in, my hair was a mess. I had colored it dark red that was now turning to a bad faded out pinkish red. Christian took my vision of going back to my natural dark brown with red and caramel highlights and gave me a cut that works for my natural curls. Christian is amazing with curly hair because she has gorgeous curls herself. She knows what she’s doing and listens to what you want. OH!! The salon also has a great little free library. Get pampered AND get a new book! My next appointment is this week! Can’t wait!!

Taylor James Salon is hands down my favorite salon. Melissa always makes you feel welcome the second you walk in—there’s coffee, the space is beautiful, and everything smells incredible. It’s such a good vibe from start to finish. Every time I leave, I feel confident and put together, like I just stepped out of a magazine shoot. It’s rare to find a place my mom, my brother, and I all love, but this is it. The experience is always consistent, relaxing, and high quality. Melissa truly cares about her clients, and it shows in every detail. I couldn’t recommend Taylor James Salon more.

I’ve been seeing Desiree for over 5 years, and I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else. She’s consistent, talented, and always does an amazing job, no matter what I’m coming in for. She’s done my hair through so many important moments in my life like my wedding and first baby, and every time I’ve walked out feeling satisfied and taken care of. She listens, she’s honest, and she truly cares about her clients and their hair. Leyli is also a wonderful part of this salon. She is so kind, helpful, and makes the whole experience even better. I have been seeing Rebekah Preston consistently now for about 8 years. I cannot imagine going to anyone else! Not only is she such a great time and has wonderful energy, she delivers and does exactly what I ask 100%. She is an expert in her craft, so much so that I’ve seen other stylists go up to her and ask her questions. She has done my balayage and other blonde specialties for me as well as curly cuts for my daughter. I highly recommend her!
